Eng. Umair is a Principal ICT & Data Center Architect at Saudi Consulting Services – SAUD CONSULT, bringing over 17 years of experience across digital infrastructure, mission-critical data centers, and smart building environments.
As a BICSI-certified RCDD and DCDC professional, his expertise spans ICT strategy and master planning, data center architecture, smart infrastructure, and integrated technology solutions.
His extensive project experience covers aviation, defense, healthcare, education, entertainment, commercial developments, and smart cities, giving him a broad perspective on the evolving requirements of complex built environments.
Eng. Umair also brings strong experience in design governance, multidisciplinary design management, project management consultancy, technical assurance, and construction oversight.
As part of the Advisory Committee, his experience will contribute to the conversations and perspectives shaping GCF 2026 around resilient, interoperable, standards-driven, and scalable digital infrastructure.
